Many Masters

To Be or not to be, that IS the question. The deeper you go into this question, the more you come to realize that Life boils down to a decision we all make every moment of every day of our lives, ... to either Be or Not to be; to live in awareness of the power of Now or to be lost in the past and future. One of my teachers, Peter Ralston, says, "Entering what is presently occurring is what allows power to become available."

T'ai Chi is the art of becoming present to what "Is." Yes, it is also a healing art; an art for improving balance, for stress reduction and relaxation, and also a martial art. But it's deepest, most fulfilling expression is the practice of Presence, of awareness, of consciousness, of Being.
